Guided walk in the woods with wild herb foraging, accompanied by expert Marco Biolo.

🍽️ From 12:30 PM lunch featuring:

Egg custard with poppies and crème fraîche
Main herb: poppies

Risoni Ribelli
Creamy risoni pasta with green herbs and black garlic
Main herbs: nettle and poppies

Caprino Selvàdec
Dandelion leaves, capers and stems paired with goat cheese
Main herb: dandelion in all its parts

All paired with Pratello wines.
