Balsamic dressing

Characterised by the perfect balance of sour and sweet, our balsamic vinegar comes from a mixture of cooked grape must and wine vinegar that is then aged in oak barrels. It goes perfectly with caprese and risotto or, for the more curious ones, with cream flavour ice cream.
