PROCESSING
Pressing of whole grapes, decanting of the must at 10 ºC for one night, racking and fermentation. After aging in pre-bottling steel.
COLOR
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
On the nose, it presents fruity notes such as banana and exotic fruit, creating an intriguing olfactory profile.
On the palate, it presents a pleasant smoothness and a balanced structure. Delicately fruity, enveloping, with a fresh finish and good salinity.
Perfect to enjoy during an aperitif or paired with delicate and light dishes, such as seafood salads or grilled fish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
To be served at a temperature of 10/12°C.

Straw yellow color. Notes of yellow pulp fruit. Fresh and vibrant.
