Zibibbo vines are grown on the rocky terraces of Pantelleria. Due to the nature of the soil and the climate of this island in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, the bush-trained vines produce few bunches of grapes, which are harvested at the end of August, left to dry in the sun for 30 days. The grapes are then pressed and the must, rich in sugars and perfumes, is fermented to give life to a wine that offers pleasant sensations. The fruit of so many sensations is connected to the particular nature of Pantelleria Island and to the link to our ancient heroic traditions.

PROCESSING
Grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September. Selection of the bunches, natural drying for 18/20 days. Pressing followed by fermentation. Aging for 36 months in steel.
