Extravirgin Olive Oil Monocultivar 100% Casaliva

An oil with a naturally delicate flavor obtained from a typical and indigenous variety of olives from Lake Garda. On the nose it is fresh, with vegetal hints, characterized by well-defined heart notes of artichoke and green apple. The taste is elegant, with a marked characteristic of artichoke heart, harmonious and rich in sweet notes. At sight it is bright green.
