Extra Virgin Olive Oil Monocultivar 100% Casaliva pitted

Extracted by separating the fruit from the pit to obtain the oil from the pulp of the Casaliva olives, a typical and indigenous variety of Lake Garda. It gives rise to a complex, decisive and intense oil. The nose is rich in intense balsamic hints of mint and rosemary to which are added notes of mown grass, almond and black pepper, slightly spicy.
