A delicate and balanced fine oil, characterized by bitter, spicy, sweet and fruity notes with slight hints of almond. The monocultivar Leccino oil ideal for consumption raw and in cooking being a fresh oil, it is particularly suitable for delicate dishes such as fish and white meats. This variety allows us to obtain a balanced, gentle oil characterized by prevalent spicy notes and scents that refer to valerian and dandelion.
