Confit Tomatoes

Our secret in making them is a long cooking in the oven, which evaporates the water but does not dry them out: the result will be juicy cherry tomatoes with a sweet, intense flavour. Use them as a side dish or as a sauce for pasta, bruschetta and much more. Wonderful when paired with a burratina cheese!
