Description

Let us take you on an exclusive food and wine experience. We will begin with a visit to our wine cellar to introduce you to the story of Pratello and discover the places where our wines are made. At the end of the tour we will welcome you in the lounge facing the fireplace where a magical atmosphere reigns. The familiar warmth and dynamism of the Pratello reality will pamper you in a tasting tour of four premium wines combined with as many local dishes, prepared using our raw materials and products from Bottega Contadina.
The experience will end with the tasting of one of our spirits, accompanied by a traditional dessert made by the expert hands of our pastry chef.

The experience will be completely exclusive, so the lounge will be reserved for a maximum of 6 people.


The Menu:

    • Chef’s Fantasy Amuse-Bouche.
    • Se non è zuppa…?  Seasonal vegetable soup made with products from our garden.
    • Tra il dire e fare c’è di mezzo il… Lac! Crispy “Polentina” (cream made of corn flour) served with a whitefish mousse.
    • Uno tira l’altro: Beetroot gnocchi on leek cream with Gorgonzola cheese mousse.
    • A Buon intenditore poche parole… Mangalica! Mangalica Milanese-style cutlet with mashed potatoes.
    • E se son Rose, fioriranno: Rose-shaped cake with custard cream flavored with Ballerina Vermouth Rosa.

We are available to offer you vegetarian alternatives to match our organic & vegan wines. There are no vegan alternatives available for this experience. In case of allergies and special intolerances we ask you to inform us in advance, at the time of booking.

The experience must always be booked in advance by email at enoteca@pratello.com or by phone on 030 9907005.

Prepayment of the experience Is required.
The experience already booked can be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.
Cancellation 48 hours before the start time of the experience is allowed and the customer will be entitled to a voucher equal to the amount paid or can directly reschedule their booked activity.
If the customer cancels the experience 48 hours or less of the event (therefore without respecting the terms above) they will not be entitled to any refund, voucher or rescheduling.
No cash refund is provided.
